IL-4-IN-3 inhibits IL-4-induced STAT6 phosphorylation in THP-1 monocytes and Ramos B lymphocytes. IL-4-IN-3 can be used in research related to allergic inflammation, cancer, autoimmune diseases, asthma and arthritis[1].
