IL-4-IN-3
IL-4-IN-3 is a selective, reversible small-molecule IL-4 inhibitor with a Kd of 31.9 nM for IL-4. IL-4-IN-3 inhibits IL-4-induced STAT6 phosphorylation in THP-1 monocytes and Ramos B lymphocytes. IL-4-IN-3 can be used in research related to allergic inflammation, cancer, autoimmune diseases, asthma and arthritis.

IL-4-IN-3 (10 μM) potently inhibits the IL-4/IL-13 signaling pathway in HEK Blue IL-4/IL-13 reporter cells, with an EC50 of 0.55 μM[1].
IL-4-IN-3 (2 μM) binds soluble IL-4 to induce a ΔTm of 1.75°C, and binds IL-2 weakly to induce a ΔTm of 0.66°C, whereas it does not cause thermostability changes meeting the binding criteria for IL-7, IL-13, and IL-21[1].
IL-4-IN-3 (5-5000 nM) inhibits IL-4-induced STAT-6 phosphorylation in THP-1 monocytes in a dose-dependent manner[1].
IL-4-IN-3 (50 nM-5 μM) inhibits IL-4-induced STAT-6 phosphorylation in Ramos B lymphocytes at concentrations of 50 nM, 500 nM, and 5 μM[1].
IL-4-IN-3 binds directly to purified IL-4 protein, with a Kd value of 31.9 nM determined by SPR detection[1].
