Biological Activity: SNAP-Biotin is a cell-permeable SNAP-tag-targeted labeling reagent. SNAP-Biotin undergoes an irreversible covalent reaction with SNAP-tag to transfer biotin to the tag. SNAP-Biotin enables the detection of SNAP-tag fusion proteins via a streptavidin-HRP immunoblotting system and achieves biotinylation of SNAP-tag fusion proteins. SNAP-Biotin is applicable to triple-negative breast cancer-related research[1][2][3][4].
