In Vitro
Garbanzol (0.125-0.250 mg/plate; 48 h) exhibits no antimutagenic activity against aflatoxin B1-induced mutagenicity in Salmonella typhimurium TA100, but shows significant antimutagenic activity against MNNG-induced mutagenicity at 0.125 mg/plate and weak activity at 0.250 mg/plate[1].
