ZINC49534341 acts as an inverse agonist for MRGPRX2 in HEK293T cells by reducing basal Gq recruitment[1].
ZINC49534341 antagonizes substance P-induced MRGPRX2 activation in tetracycline-inducible MRGPRX2 stable cells[1].
ZINC49534341 inhibits MRGPRX2-mediated activation of LAD2 human mast cells[1].
