CBN209350 exerts inhibitory effects with comparable potency against all tested KDM4 family subtypes, and exhibits moderate selectivity for KDM4 over KDM2A (IC₅₀ 120 μM) and PHF8 (IC₅₀ 30 μM)^[1].
CBN209350 (48 h) exerts cytostatic effects on LnCaP prostate cancer cells^[1].
CBN209350 (100 μM; 48 h) reduces the level of H3K9me3 in PC-3 prostate cancer cells^[1].
