Citropeptin (5 days) is a cyclic hexadepsipeptide isolated from Streptomyces flavidovirens K3619. Its structure differs from Azinothricin and A83586C (HY-P2599) in specific amino acid and side chain substitutions, while its stereochemical characteristics are completely identical to those of A83586C and Azinothricin^[2].
