In Vitro

CK1γ-IN-1 (compound 1h) (0-10 μM; 2 h) potently binds to and stabilizes all three subtypes, namely CK1γ1, CK1γ2, and CK1γ3, in living HEK293 cells, with corresponding IC50 values of 780 nM, 570 nM, and 990 nM, respectively[1].
CK1γ-IN-1 potently inhibits the enzymatic activities of CK1γ1 (IC50=128 nM) and CK1γ2 (IC50=28 nM) in cell-free radiometric assays, while exerts weak inhibitory effect on the activity of CK1γ3 (IC50=1661 nM)[1].
