Biological Activity
H-L-Tyr(3-N3)-OH can undergo copper-catalyzed azido-acetylene cycloaddition with molecules containing Alkyne groups, and can also undergo ring-strain driven acetylene-azido cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups[1].
