In Vitro
Neuraminidase-IN-15 (Compound 23) (0.0001-100 µM) reduces the newcastle disease virus (NDV) La Sota load in Vero cells with dose-dependent manner[1].
Neuraminidase-IN-15 inhibits NDV La Sota binding and release in Vero cells with IC50 values of 24 µM and 0.13 µM, respectively[1].
