Biological Activity
Description
MAP2K3 Protein, Human (sf9, His, GST) is the recombinant human-derived MAP2K3, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with His, GST labeled tag. ,
Background
MAP2K3 is a dual specificity kinase that is activated by cytokines and environmental stress in vivo. It catalyzes the concomitant phosphorylation of a threonine and a tyrosine residue in the MAP kinase p38. MAP2K3 is part of a signaling cascade that begins with the activation of the adrenergic receptor ADRA1B and leads to the activation of MAPK14.
