SARS-CoV-2 PLpro-IN-6 is an irreversible SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.059 μM. SARS-CoV-2 PLpro-IN-6 exhibits antiviral activity and can be used in studies related to COVID-19[1].

In Vitro

SARS-CoV-2 PLpro-IN-6 (compound 45) (5-60 min) inhibits recombinant SARS-CoV-2 PLPro in a time-dependent manner, with an IC50 of 0.059 μM after 60 min of incubation[1].
SARS-CoV-2 PLpro-IN-6 (48 h) exhibits antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 in A549 cells, with an EC50 of 2.1 μM at 48 hpi, and shows no cytotoxicity at concentrations up to 100 μM[1].
