SARS-CoV-2 PLpro-IN-7 (0.2-200 μM; 30 min) inhibits purified SARS-CoV-2 PLpro with an IC50 of 13.3 ± 9 μM; after a 30-min pre-incubation, the inhibition rate reaches 80% at a concentration of 50 μM[1].
SARS-CoV-2 PLpro-IN-7 (0.156-20 μM; 48 h) inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication in Huh7.5 cells, with an EC50 of 11 ± 2 μM[1].
