PROTAC K-Ras Degrader-5 induces caspase 3/7 activity and cPARP, markers of apoptosis, in pancreatic cancer spheroids and tumors. PROTAC K-Ras Degrader-5 can be used for the research of pancreatic cancer and colorectal cancer .
