AKT-IN-25 arrests the cell cycle at G1 phase, inhibits the cell migration of PANC-1, and inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells PANC-1, PATU-T, and SUIT-2 with IC50s of 3.05, 1.32, and 3.85 μM, respectively .
