PARP1/EZH2-IN-1 induces PANoptosis (Apoptosis, Pyroptosis and Necroptosis), increases the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS), and activates related inflammatory pathways. PARP1/EZH2-IN-1 can be used in triple-negative breast cancer research .
