Streptavidin, R-Phycoerythrin conjugate (SAPE) can be used in conjunction with biotinylated reagents in anti-Biotin/biotin-labeled systems, suitable for flow cytometry detection, microarray analysis, and microplate detection (Ex/Em = 450-500 nm/575 nm).

Biological Activity
Streptavidin is a bacterially derived biotin-binding protein that exhibits less nonspecific binding than avidin. R-Phycoerythrin is an intensely bright phycobiliprotein isolated from red algae with absorption maxima at approximately 496, 546 and 565 nm, and a fluorescence emission maximum of ∼578 nm.
