Biological Activity
Tetrazine-PEG5-SS-NHS ester contains an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester group at one end that can react with amino groups, a cleavable disulfide bond in the middle, and a tetrazine group with bioorthogonal activity at the other end. The functional groups are connected by hydrophilic pentapolyethylene glycol chains.
