Biological Activity
D-Phospho-D-serine (40-100 mM; 10 min) weakly inhibits factor VIII binding to phosphatidylserine-containing liposphere membranes, with IC50 occurring at approximately 100 mM, which is 5-fold less effective than O-phospho-L-serine[1].
D-Phospho-D-serine (10-80 mM; 5 min) inhibits factor VIII binding to platelet-derived microparticles with 50% inhibition at approximately 80 mM, which is 4-fold less effective than O-phospho-L-serine[1].
D-Phospho-D-serine (1 mM; single incubation for calcium response measurement) does not activate mGluR1, mGluR2, mGluR4, mGluR6, or mGluR7 in transiently transfected HEK-293 cells when tested at 1 mM in a calcium mobilization assay[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
