1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid hydrate
Based on 1 Customer Validation
1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid hydrate (Pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid monohydrate) serves as a precursor for the synthesis of 26-membered diazatetraester crown ethers and 39-membered triazahexaester crown ethers containing pyrazole units. 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid hydrate acts as a V-type heterocyclic polycarboxylic acid bridging ligand for the construction of LanthanideIII coordination polymers and metal-organic frameworks (MOF).

Biological Activity
1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid hydrate forms crystalline isostructural coordination polymers with Eu (III), Tb (III) and Er (III), and a structurally unique three-dimensional coordination polymer with Nd (III) via hydrothermal, mechanochemical and precipitation methods; the complexes synthesized by the hydrothermal method exhibit the highest thermal stability (Eu (III)/Tb (III)/Er (III) complexes remain stable up to 81-115 °C) and the strongest water molecule binding interaction[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
