22-Oxo-20-hydroxyecdysone (0.1-0.5 μg/mL blood; p.o. via blood meal; single administration) induces supernumerary moulting cycles with leg and mouthpart atrophy at 0.5 μg/mL blood, and a mix of moulting and oviposition at 0.1 μg/mL blood in engorged, mated female Ornithodoros moubata^[1].
