4-Hydroxyphenylalkanoate adenylyltransferase
4-Hydroxyphenylalkanoate adenylyltransferase (EC 2.7.7.94) is a ligase that can catalyze multiple reactions, including reaction 1: convert 17-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptadecanoate, holo- [(phenol)carboxyphthiodiolenone synthase] and ATP into 17-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptadecanoyl-[(phenol)carboxyphthiodiolenone synthase], AMP and diphosphate; reaction 2: convert 19-(4-hydroxyphenyl)nonadecanoate, holo- [(phenol)carboxyphthiodiolenone synthase] and ATP into 19-(4-hydroxyphenyl)nonadecanoyl-[(phenol)carboxyphthiodiolenone synthase], AMP and diphosphate.
