Casein hydrolysate is an orally effective, multi-functional mixture of bioactive peptides, a hydrolysis product of casein (HY-125865), containing ACE inhibitors and immunomodulatory target regulators, among others. Casein hydrolysate releases short-chain bioactive peptides through enzymatic hydrolysis of casein, increasing cellular glutathione and catalase levels, enhancing ConA-induced IL-2 production, and exhibiting metal ion chelation, free radical scavenging, antibacterial, and mineral absorption-promoting effects. Casein hydrolysate lowers blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and reducing bradykinin degradation.

DGKα-IN-10 is an orally active and potent DGKα inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 0.27 nM. DGKα-IN-10 can induce IL-2 release and T cells proliferation. DGKα-IN-10 can be used for the research of cancer, such as colon cancer.

GL-4512 is an orally active LILRB4/ILT3 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 37 nM against human targets, and human K_d values of 18.1 nM and 39.2 nM, respectively. GL-4512 directly binds to the extracellular pockets of LILRB4/ILT3 that accommodate their ligands, blocks the LILRB4-SCG2 signaling pathway, and inhibits the downstream SHP1/SHP2 and STAT3 signaling pathways. GL-4512 restores anti-tumor immune activity, promotes the production of IFN-γ and IL-2, enhances the activation of cytotoxic T cells, reduces tumor cell viability, inhibits tumor growth, and strengthens intratumoral immune activation. GL-4512 can be used in research related to colorectal cancer and acute myeloid leukemia.

Myelopeptide-2 is a peptide originally isolated from the supernatant of porcine bone marrow cell cultures, can restore mitogenic reactivity of human T lymphocytes inhibited by HL-60 leukemia cells or measles virus conditions. Myelopeptide-2 also recover depressed interleukin-2 (IL-2) synthesis and interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R) expression. Myelopeptide-2 involves in immunity homeostasis, is perspective to be applied in antitumor and antivirus research.
