A2G2S2 glycan (G2S2)
A2G2S2 glycan (G2S2) (A2G2S2 N-linked oligosaccharide; A2G (4) 2S (6) 2 glycan) is a sialylated biantennary N-linked oligosaccharide that acts as a multifunctional fluorescent linker. The resulting conjugate exhibits high sensitivity and specificity by mimicking the antennal elements of N-glycans.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
The A2G2S2 glycan (G2S2) accounts for 2-5% of the total N-glycan subtypes on recombinant Trastuzumab (HY-P9907) expressed by CHO cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
