ADC Control Human IgG1-vcMMAE (DAR8)
ADC Control Human IgG1-vcMMAE (DAR8) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADCs), serving as an isotype control for ADC human IgG1-vcMMAE, and inhibits tubulin polymerization. The antibody moiety of ADC Control Human IgG1-vcMMAE (DAR8) is Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001), while the cytotoxic payload and linker moiety are VcMMAE (HY-15575). ADC Control Human IgG1-vcMMAE can be used in cancer-related research.

Biological Activity
ADC Control Human IgG1-vcMMAE (DAR8) (nonbinding control ADC) (1 μg/mL; 120 h) does not induce cytotoxicity or bystander cytotoxic activity in co-culture systems of L540cy/Ramos cells or Karpas299/Ramos cells[1].
ADC Control Human IgG1-vcMMAE (DAR8) lacks specific binding ability to cell surface antigens. It enters cells only via weak non-specific adsorption. The vc linker can be cleaved by lysosomal cathepsins to release free MMAE, which is a microtubule polymerization inhibitor with membrane permeability and can exert a bystander killing effect[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
