Anti-Mouse CD205 Antibody (NLDC-145) (1 μg, i.p., at days -2 and -1) reduces inflammation in conjugation of the HA110-120 peptide in in colitis VILLIN-HA transgenic mice transferred with CD4+Foxp3 T cells[1].
Anti-Mouse CD205 Antibody (NLDC-145) (complex composed of the extracellular domain of HER2/neu and the NLDC-145 antibody) (50 μg, intramuscular injection, at days-21 and -7) inhibits tumor growth and increases survival rate in D2F2/E2 tumor mice models[2].
