Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
CR3022 recognizes a cryptic epitope that is only accessible when S protein is in "open" conformations[1].
CR3022 binds more tightly to SARS-CoV because its epitope contains a glycan not present in SARS-CoV-2[2].
