Biological Activity
Product Information
This product is expressed in recombinant HEK293 cells, C-terminal His Tagged, molecular weight 39.7 kDa, storage buffer components are 20 mM Tris-HCl (PH7.4), 200 mM NaCl, 20% Glycerin, can effectively transfer GalNAc or GalNAz and other derivatives to the terminal GlcNAc residue, the latter can be used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) as targeted cancer therapy, etc.
Instructions (can be adjusted according to experimental conditions)
1. Reaction system:
100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 6 mM MnCl2;
2. Reaction reagents:
1) UDP-GalNAz: antibody (equivalent ratio) = 300:1;
2) Enzyme addition amount: enzyme/antibody = 5%;
3) Prepare the reaction solution according to the above conditions, react at 37°C for 48 hours; then place at -15°C to -25°C to stop the reaction and perform sample testing.
