Product Information This enzyme is used to link Gal to oligosaccharide chains with GlcNAc or Glc as non-reducing ends in a β1,4 connection. This product is recombinantly expressed in E. coli, N-terminal His Tag, molecular weight 35 kDa, storage solution components 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 0.5 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT. Instructions 1. Add substrate according to the reaction system, 5 mM MnCl2, and appropriate buffer salts (such as Tris-HCl) can be added to adjust the pH to 6.0, and add appropriate amount of enzyme for reaction (according to the reaction requirements); 2. After mixing, incubate the sample at 37 °C for 2-4h. Notes When the system is scaled up, the incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation, and can be mixed at a low speed.
