Biological Activity
Bis-N-succinimidyl diglycolic acid immobilizes bovine serum albumin on the Trisopor Amino 1500 solid-phase carrier, and the immobilized protein can be accurately quantified via analysis of aromatic amino acids after acid hydrolysis[1].
