Caesalpinista B (compound 12) (20 μM) inhibits hepatic gluconeogenesis by 106.9% in primary mouse hepatocytes[1].
Caesalpinista B (1-50 μM) inhibits hepatic gluconeogenesis in a concentration-dependent manner, and its effect at 2 μM is comparable to that of 500 μM Metformin (HY-B0627)[1].
