Biological Activity: Quinoprazine is a potent inhibitor of Vaccinia virus DNA synthesis with an IC50 value of 10 μM. Quinoprazine has antimalarial activity against Plasmodium berghei and also displays antiprion potency, significantly decreases PrPSc levels[1]-[5].
