Mal-VC-PAB-DMEA-PNU-159682 can be used to synthesize CD22-targeting ADCs, such as Anti-CD22-NMS249 (HY-164761). Mal-VC-PAB-DMEA-PNU-159682 is also applicable to the research of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma[1].
