Mal-VC-PAB-DMEA-PNU-159682 (SET0568) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) drug-linker conjugate. Mal-VC-PAB-DMEA-PNU-159682 is generated by conjugating the potent anti-topoisomerase II inhibitor PNU-159682 (HY-16700) to the lysosomally cleavable dipeptide Mc-VC-PAB, and exhibits strong antitumor activity. Mal-VC-PAB-DMEA-PNU-159682 can be used to synthesize CD22-targeting ADCs, such as Anti-CD22-NMS249 (HY-164761). Mal-VC-PAB-DMEA-PNU-159682 is also applicable to the research of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
