HDAC6-IN-85 inhibits the proliferation of HeLa cervical cancer cells with a pIC50 value of 5.6[1].
HDAC6-IN-85 inhibits recombinant HDAC isozymes, with the highest inhibitory potency against rHDAC6 (pIC50 = 5.9) and the lowest inhibitory potency against rHDAC8 (pIC50 = 4.8)[1].
HDAC6-IN-85 inhibits the proliferation of A549 lung cancer cells and RKO colon cancer cells, with a pIC50 value of 5.2 for the former and 5.7 for the latter[1].
