In Vivo

Di-n-propyl sulfoxide (600 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose; 30 minutes before x-irradiation) administered before 1007 rads x-rays provides no radioprotective activity, resulting in a 0% 30-day survival rate in female R mice^[1].
