Dil low density lipoprotein, human (Dil LDL) is a human low-density lipoprotein (LDL) labeled with Dil. Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) binds to specific receptors on the surface of vertebrate cells and delivers cholesterol via receptor-mediated endocytosis. Dil low density lipoprotein, human can be used to study normal cholesterol transport and endocytosis processes (Ex/Em = 554/571 nm).
