Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
DSPE, or distearate phosphatidylethanolamine, is a phospholipid molecule with excellent biocompatibility and membrane fusion capabilities.
PEG, or polyethylene glycol, is a commonly used polymer that can increase the stability and bioavailability of materials.
Fluor 647 is a fluorescent dye emitting in the far-red region, exhibiting high brightness and good photostability. By coupling PEG chains with DSPE, Fluor 647 molecules are immobilized on the surface of nanoparticles or in an aqueous environment, enabling efficient visualization.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
