Biological Activity
Enzyme reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute Endoproteinase Lys-N using 50 mM zinc acetate buffer.
It is recommended to use an enzyme:protein ratio of 1:50 (w/w), and incubate at 37°C for 4 hours. The buffer system should be 50 mM ammonium bicarbonate buffer or 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8).
