Description

GalNAc-NAG37 phosphoramidite is an N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) derivative that acts as a ligand for the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR). GalNAc-NAG37 phosphoramidite can be used to synthesize GalNAc-siRNA and for oligonucleotide delivery[1].

In Vivo

GalNAc-NAG37 phosphoramidite (s.c.) delivers siRNA to mouse livers rapidly, with fluorescence signal accumulation observed in the liver, kidneys, and extrahepatic organs (spleen, uterus) post-subcutaneous administration, though liver signal intensity is lower than that of TG1-modified siRNA[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
