Seco-Duocarmycin SA (Compound seco-DSA) (0-0.05 nM) exhibits significant potency in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) cell lines, LN18 (IC50 = 0.005 nM) and T98G (IC50 = 0.008 nM)[2].
Seco-Duocarmycin SA (0-1 nM, 72 h) inhibits cell proliferation in both LN18 (IC50 = 0.12 nM) and T98G (IC50 = 0.28 nM) cell lines[2].
Seco-Duocarmycin SA (0-0.28 nM, 0-24 h) achieves maximal efficacy within 8 h[2].
Seco-Duocarmycin SA (0.1-0.28 nM, 24-72 h) results in a significant decrease in the G1 phase accompanied by an increase in the S and G2/M phases in T98G and a significant increase in the G2/M phase in LN18 and T98G cells[2].
