Biological Activity
Montelukast acyl-b-D-glucuronide exhibits high stability in 0.1 M KPB (pH 7.4) with a half-life of 37.5 h, exhibits moderate stability in 4% HSA solution (pH 7.4) with a half-life of 21.8 h, and exhibits low stability in human fresh plasma (pH 7.4) with a half-life of 1.7 h[1].
