PD-1/PD-L1-IN-66 is a PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor with an IC50 of 3 nM for blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-66 binds to the interface of PD-L1 dimers with a Kd value of 0.75 nM. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-66 can reactivate the proliferation of cytotoxic T cells. PD-L1 ligand-2 is applicable for cancer research[1].

In Vitro

PD-1/PD-L1-IN-66 (Compound 12) binds to purified PD-L1 protein with a Kd of 7 nM and to the PD-L1 dimer interface with a Kd of 0.75 nM[1].
PD-1/PD-L1-IN-66 reactivates proliferation of hPD-L1-exposed CTLL-2 cytotoxic T-cells with an IC50 of 124 nM[1].
