Biological Activity
Pectolyase Y-23, A. japonicus (0.1% w/v; 3 h) and Cellulase R-10 (HY-B2220A) (0.5% w/v) yields highly viable (>95%) protoplasts from cotyledons of Brassica oleracea var. italica inbred lines B1, B40 and B42[1].
