Biological Activity
ACTB Protein, Human (His) is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Phe375) of Human ACTB fused with a His tag at the C-terminus[1].
ACTB encodes b-actin, an abundant cytoskeletal housekeeping protein. ACTB is the only gene common to all four deletions, leading us to hypothesize that ACTB haploinsufficiency leads to a distinct clinical syndrome[1].
