Alpha-parvin, a focal adhesion protein that couples integrins to actin cytoskeleton, is indispensable for epidermal morphogenesis and HF development. Alpha-parvin controls vascular mural cell recruitment to vessel wall by regulating RhoA/ROCK signalling[1][2].
