HHLA2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His)

Customer Review

Based on 1 Customer Validation

HHLA2 protein, a key immune regulator, interacts with TMIGD2, providing crucial costimulation for T-cells during TCR-mediated activation. This interaction amplifies T-cell proliferation and cytokine production through an AKT-dependent signaling cascade, revealing HHLA2's role in enhancing T-cell responses and immune modulation. HHLA2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived HHLA2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Biological Activity

Description

HHLA2 protein, a key immune regulator, interacts with TMIGD2, providing crucial costimulation for T-cells during TCR-mediated activation. This interaction amplifies T-cell proliferation and cytokine production through an AKT-dependent signaling cascade, revealing HHLA2's role in enhancing T-cell responses and immune modulation. HHLA2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived HHLA2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Background

The HHLA2 protein, a pivotal player in immune regulation, engages in a significant interaction with TMIGD2 to provide costimulation to T-cells during T-cell receptor (TCR)-mediated activation. This interaction, in turn, amplifies T-cell proliferation and cytokine production through an AKT-dependent signaling cascade. The collaboration between HHLA2 and TMIGD2 underscores the intricate molecular mechanisms involved in enhancing T-cell responses, shedding light on its role in immune modulation.

Verified Bioactivity

1. Immobilized HHLA2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His Tag) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind CD28H/TMIGD2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (ECD, hFc Tag), the EC50 is 33.3 ng/mL.
2. Loaded Recombinant Human B7-H7 / HHLA2 Protein, His Tag on His1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human KIR3DL3 Protein, hFc Tag with an affinity constant of 18.5 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384).
