HNRNPA2B1 Protein, Human (His)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 is an important RNA-binding protein that affects the RNA processing, splicing, transport and stability of many genes. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 is expressed during proliferation and metastasis of various cancer types and promotes such processes. HNRNPA2B1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived HNRNPA2B1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-10*His labeled tag.

Background
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 belongs to the A/B subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 is RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 is associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 has distinct nucleic acid binding properties. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 has two repeats of quasi-RRM domains that bind to RNAs. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1 has been described to generate two alternatively spliced transcript variants which encode different isoforms[1][2][3][4][5].

Product Properties
Lyophilized powder.
Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, 6% trehalose, pH 8.0.
Note: For SPR assay, please replace the buffer. Primary amine components (e.g., Tris, imidazole) can affect protein-coupled chips.
<1 EU/μg, determined by LAL method.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O.
