Kremen-2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His)

Kremen-2 protein is a receptor for Dickkopf protein and cooperates with DKK1/2 to inhibit Wnt/β-catenin signaling by promoting LRP5 and LRP6 endocytosis. Its role in limb development ensures correct patterning and negatively affects bone formation.
