Description
LT4R1 Protein, Human (sf9, Flag, His) is the recombinant human-derived LT4R1, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with His, Flag labeled tag. ,
Background
LT4R1 is a receptor that primarily recognizes extracellular ATP, with higher activity toward ATP than UTP and ADP. Its function is mediated by G proteins, which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. It may serve as the cardiac P2Y receptor, regulating cardiac muscle contraction by modulating L-type calcium currents. Additionally, LT4R1 acts as a receptor for leukotriene B4, a potent chemoattractant involved in inflammation and immune responses. by similar: The receptor may participate in other physiological processes through analogous mechanisms.
